…I like that if I am having an emotionally rough day, that as soon as I sit there and paint for a couple hours, that emotion is gone, and mellow, I’ve found my peace again. It is like my Zen. I like how paint flows like water. I like how colors can mix; I like choosing paint brushes to do specific jobs. I like talking art with other artists and figuring out what they have figured out, sharing creative inspiration. That fills me with every bit of happiness.”
